1996
Inception and Early Ventures
Founder Gino Pellegrini, a skilled designer and entrepreneur, established IGE in Denver,
Colorado. Immigrating to the U.S. in the early '90s, he leveraged his background in furniture
design to start IGE, initially designing and building unique outdoor furniture for major retail
chains like Price Club and Costco.
1997
Initial Relationships and Exhibit Design
IGE marks its entry into the exhibit design industry by creating a significant exhibit for AT&T at the Softel Telecommunications Trade Show. This project lays the foundation for critical relationships with industry giants such as Lucent Technologies and Nokia.
1997
Late 90s - Growth and Technological Leap
IGE experiences rapid growth, prompting a move to a larger facility in Littleton, Colorado. Embracing Form-Z, a three-dimensional software for design and state-of-the-art computers, sets IGE apart as a pioneer in utilizing advanced design technology in the industry.
2000
Recognition as Best-in-Class
IGE solidifies its reputation as a Best-in-Class exhibit company, winning awards in Chile, Mexico, and Argentina. This success attracts the attention of North American-based brands, leading to further domestic projects.
2003
Expansion into Corporate Events
IGE expands its capabilities by adding talented designers, project managers, and onsite supervisors to its team. This expansion allows IGE to broaden its scope to include corporate events and product launches, showcasing its versatility.
2004
Entry into the Retail Industry
Acknowledging clients' evolving needs, IGE extends its services to the retail industry. The company refines its skills in designing, building, and implementing displays, turn-key retail environments, and flagship stores for worldwide known brands.
2006
Relocation and Facility Upgrade
To accommodate its growing operations, IGE relocates to new facilities in Englewood, Colorado. This move symbolizes IGE's expansion and provides increased fabrication and warehouse capacity for the domestic market.
2008
Designer of the Year Award
Gino Pellegrini, the visionary behind IGE, received the prestigious Exhibit Designer of the Year award from the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA). This recognition highlights his innovative designs and contribution to elevating professional standards in exhibit design.
2010
International Ventures and Industry Spotlight
IGE expands its footprint overseas, undertaking major trade show exhibits for prominent companies in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, including Toyota and Mobily. Gino Pellegrini's feature on the cover of Event Design magazine further propels IGE into the industry spotlight.
2011
U.S. Operations Consolidation and LED Lighting Introduction
IGE consolidates its U.S. operations, securing larger accounts such as Procter and Gamble and Lockheed Martin. The introduction of LED lighting became a hallmark of IGE's design innovations, adding a visually striking element to its exhibit designs.
2012
Innovation Award
IGE earned acclaim by designing and building a mega trade show experience for Sea Ray Boats, winning the Innovation Award for Best Boat Display at the Miami International and New York Boat Shows. This project showcases IGE's ability to create immersive and award-winning experiences.
2013
The Fab 50
IGE earns a spot among Event Marketer's 2013 Fab 50 as one of the top fabricators serving the U.S. event and exhibit industry, reinforcing the company's position as a leader in fabrication and design.
2014
Design Studio Expansion
IGE invests in its design capabilities by expanding its design studio and incorporating the latest technology, including BOXX machines for real-time exhibit design renderings. This investment reflects IGE's commitment to staying at the forefront of design innovation.

Implementation of Proprietary Software
IGE takes a significant step forward by implementing VOZ, a visual operating system that streamlines company operations. This proprietary software covers sales briefings, work orders, event schedules, warehousing, inventory, and shipping, enhancing efficiency and client communication.
2017
Continued Recognition
According to Event Marketer, IGE maintains its position as one of the top 50 fabricators serving the domestic event and exhibit industry. This consistent recognition since 2009 underscores IGE's sustained excellence in the field.
2018
Luxury Winner
JennAir, a luxury kitchen appliance manufacturer, selects IGE to design and build a custom exhibit for the 2018 Architectural Digest Design Show in New York City. The exhibit, featuring floor-to-ceiling LED wall tiles and innovative displays, earns IGE the prestigious 'Best in Show'award.
2019
Record Year
IGE experienced a landmark year in sales, growth, and innovation. The company is honored with the 2019 FAB50 award, recognizing it as one of the 50 Best Exhibit Fabricators in the U.S. by Event Marketer Magazine. Additionally, IGE received the First Place - Large Display award for the Newmar Exhibit at RVX.
2020
Navigating Challenges
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presents unprecedented challenges for the events and exhibits industry. Despite global disruptions, IGE demonstrates resilience by focusing on local permanent installations for the Denver Art Museum in Colorado. This year, IGE received the Best Portable Modular Exhibit award from Exhibitor's Magazine.
2021
Recovery and Exhibitions
IGE embarks on a recovery journey post-COVID, bringing back its leadership team to operate at total capacity. The company successfully serves long-term clients with exhibits and trade show programs in the U.S. and internationally. Notably, IGE completed over 70 new exhibits during the year.
2022
Design Excellence and Project Completion
IGE starts the year on a high note by unveiling one of its best designs for CLMBR at CES. This achievement sets the tone for a prolific year, with IGE concluding 2022, having completed over 130 projects, showcasing its design prowess both in the U.S. and overseas.
