Knowing exactly what your trade show booth design will look like once it is built and installed is imperative. IGE designers apply their many years of experience using state-of-the-art tools to provide you with the perspective needed to understand how the final structure will appear.
Our clients come to us inspired by numerous designs, materials and layouts. Each has different goals to reach and various budgets to work with. To develop a unique exhibit design, our team starts from scratch, beginning with an informal meet and greet. We want to know everything about your brand, its history, mission and vision for the future. What do you hope to achieve by attending a particular event? A client who plans on attending a trade show event to showcase a new product will require a different type of booth than a client interested in increasing sales.
From Design to Reality
When the exhibit design has been approved by the client, our team rolls up its sleeves and begins the detailing process. What materials, tools and forms are needed? Will the layout be comfortable and accommodating for guests? What types of electricity and lighting are essential?
Building on Our Own Terms
Our team fully fabricates the final product in-house, using state-of-the-art equipment and CNC machinery. We have our own facility that offers us complete control of the process. This allows us to maintain high standards when building modular systems, portable exhibit components and custom exhibits. We also have access to high quality, versatile materials, such as lightweight substrates, large-format fabric graphics and dimensional signage.
Because it is built specifically for your business, you have full control over how your brand image is presented. Owning your own custom exhibit also means always knowing its dimensions, capabilities and limitations; there will never be unhappy surprises when you arrive at an event. Feeling comfortable and confident when attending a trade show results in being able to focus on why you are there to begin with: networking, education, and actually building your business.
